We’ve gathered everything you need to know to make your camping experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible. If you can’t find the answer you’re looking for, feel free to contact us!

What is Campio?

Campio is a comprehensive camping platform that provides an overview of campsites and motorhome parking across Europe. You can easily find, compare, and book your camping experience via our app or website.

How does Campio work?

Search for destinations, filter the results by amenities or availability, and book the campsite that suits your needs. Campio manages the booking process, while questions about your stay are handled directly by the campsite.

What makes Campio unique?

Campio offers a vast network of bookable campsites, a tailored Property Management System (PMS) for campsite owners, and a premium experience through the Stellplatz Europe app.

Campio points are part of our loyalty program, where you earn points for activity on the platform. These points can be redeemed for discounts and other rewards.

Bookings and Payments

How do I make a booking?

It’s easy! Enter your destination and dates. Browse the options, and with detailed descriptions and amenities information, choose the one that suits you best. Complete the booking directly on the platform.

How do I complete a booking?

Select your desired location and dates, fill in your payment details, and click "Confirm Booking." You’ll receive a confirmation email once the payment is processed.

How do I cancel a booking?

If you were logged in when booking, log into your account, go to "My Bookings," and select the booking you wish to cancel. Follow the instructions to complete the cancellation. Note that cancellation policies apply, and refunds will be issued accordingly

What happens if I cancel my booking?

Cancellation policies vary between campsites. Check the cancellation terms in your booking confirmation to see if you’re eligible for a full, partial, or no refund. The terms are also displayed during the booking process. Service fees are non-refundable.

Can I modify my trip?

Unfortunately, trips cannot be modified once booked. Please refer to our cancellation policy for more details.

What are my payment options?

We accept most major credit and debit cards. Additional payment options may be available depending on the country you are booking from. These will be displayed during checkout.

How does payment work?

When you make a booking on Campio, the total amount is charged immediately to your selected payment method.

Questions about your stay

I have questions about my stay. Who should I contact?

I can’t find my booking confirmation. What should I do?

  1. Check your spam or junk mail folder.

  2. Search for "Campio" in your inbox using the email address you provided during booking.

If you still can’t locate the confirmation, contact us at [email protected].

I’ve already booked, but the site can’t accommodate me. What should I do?

Contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will help you find a solution, either by booking an alternative or issuing a refund.

Where can I find the address of the site?

The campsite address is included in your booking confirmation. You can also view it on the campsite’s page in the Campio app or website.

How do I leave a review of my trip?

After your stay, you’ll receive an email requesting a review. You can also leave a review directly on the campsite’s page at gocampio.com.

I wasn’t refunded. What should I do?

Contact us at [email protected] with details of your booking. We’ll investigate and get back to you as soon as possible.

Where can I find the receipt for my booking?

The receipt is included in your booking confirmation email.

Is Campio available in multiple languages?

Yes, Campio supports multiple languages to make camping accessible for users across Europe.
