Understanding the Host’s Cancellation-and Refund Policy When Booking Through Acamp

Cancellation details are clearly outlined for your convenience on each listing page and are also presented during the booking process, prior to the completion of your payment. This ensures that you are fully informed of the specific cancellation terms applicable to your chosen accommodation before finalizing your booking.

Campcover: Complementary Protection for Your Peace of Mind When Booking Through Acamp

This protection program is automatically included with every booking made through our Acmp platform when Acamp Listings. Campcover is designed to provide you with additional security and reassurance, allowing you to embrace your adventures without worry.

Features of Campcover Include:

  • Worry-Free Cancellation (48 Hours): Under our Campcover policy, you are entitled to cancel your booking for any reason up to 48 hours before your scheduled check-in and receive a full refund. This policy is designed to provide flexibility and peace of mind in your travel planning.

  • Check-In Guarantee: In the rare event that you encounter issues checking into your pitch, and if the Host is unable to resolve the matter, Acamp guarantees a full refund of your booking. This ensures that any unforeseen complications at check-in do not unduly impact your travel experience.

Pitch Protection: If upon arrival, you find that the pitch does not match the description of what you booked, and the Host is unable to rectify the situation on-site, Acamp's policy ensures that you are eligible for a full refund. This measure is put in place to uphold the quality and accuracy of listings on our platform.
